We have had your MazaCAM for about half a year and things are going very well!

The main thing we bought it for, and that it helps with, is that we have several generations of machines and rather than have a separate file for each machine we are able to maintain a single Mazatrol file for all controls. If we have to run a file on another machine we just convert it on the fly and go. This makes us look good as far as control and traceability go which is important in our business. We used to have all our files on floppy disks that we kept on the floor with a back up set in the office. This was a nightmare. You software has completely eliminated the problems we had with that operating system.

The upload and download functions work great--no setup on our behalf. We find the user documentation to be really good. The tech support is excellent with same day service in most instances. We are very pleased with your software and your company. It has made a big difference in our operation.
